Delivery Information

  • Guarantee Cart is not responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer

Unboxing Video (Recommended)

Customers are encouraged to record a continuous unboxing video (without cuts or edits) while opening the parcel to help resolve issues related to:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect products
  • Missing items

The video should clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, and product condition.
The video may be shared via WhatsApp or email.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, they should contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Unboxing video (if available)

Providing an unboxing video helps us review and resolve claims efficiently.

Undelivered or Returned Shipments

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges may apply
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting shipping charges
