Unboxing Video Requirement

To help verify issues related to damaged or incorrect items, customers are requested to share an unboxing video.

  • The video should be clear, continuous, and unedited
  • It should show the sealed package, shipping label, and product
  • The video may be shared via WhatsApp or email

Providing an unboxing video helps us process return requests efficiently and fairly.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
